Your Investment:

New Student Pass - $25.00 - 2 weeks unlimited yoga classes, valid 2 weeks from date of purchase*. Please contact studio to organise pass.

Casual Pass - $25.00 per class*.

5 Class Pass - $117.50 - Valid for 3 months from date of purchase*.

10 Class Pass - $225.00 - Valid for 6 months from date of purchase*.

Chair Yoga: $25.00 per class. Special offer: $50.00 - 5 Class Pass: Pensioners or students practising with physical challenges*.

Preparing for class:

  • Make sure you are hydrated prior to class.

  • Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours prior to class [if you really need to eat, have a light snack].

  • Wear light comfortable clothing that will not distract you throughout your practise. It’s ok to layer up if you need to. We practise in bare feet, so please remove your shoes and place on shoe rack which is located at Studio entrance.

  • Book your class online via Calendar, class sizes are limited, bookings are essential.

  • Class type may change without prior notice [though we will do our best to notify you if we can] - please check calendar prior to class.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a class, please note we have a 12 hour cancellation policy.

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. If you are running a few minutes late, please message me. [Late comers are not permitted due to safety reasons].

  • NEW STUDENTS: Please arrive to your first class at least 15 minutes prior to class so that you can introduce yourself to the teacher, fill out student registration and be shown around the studio.

  • We supply mats and props, but bring a towel if you get sweaty and water bottle [if you wish to] - you are most welcomed to use your own mat should you wish.

  • Please refrain from chatting once you enter the yoga room, use your time to settle onto your mat, getting ready for your practice.

  • PLEASE inform the teacher if you are working with any injury, illness or are pregnant or become pregnant.

  • Phones are not allowed so please ensure they are switched off/on silent mode.

  • It is advisable that you use the bathroom before class commences. It is preferable not to leave the room during class, in saying that we understand that there may be the odd occasion you need to use the bathroom if there’s an emergency.

  • After class please place all props away, and wipe down the mats with spray and cloths provided.
