Terms  & Conditions:

PASSES: 

  • 2 weeks unlimited yoga for new students only - expires 2 weeks from date of purchase.

  • 5 class pass expires 3 months from date of purchase.

  • 10 class pass expires 6 months from date of purchase.

  • Class passes are valid for regular yoga & meditation classes only.

  • Any workshop/circle hosted may be purchased separately and are not included in class pass.

  • Class passes are non refundable and non transferable, and provide you with a specified timeframe in which to use the pass; they are valid strictly for the period indicated on the pass at time of purchase. 

  • Extensions: Class passes are not extended for any reason such as missed classes, holidays, illness [unless a serious medical condition, which has been verified by a medical practitioner], therefore you are required to use all class passes prior to expiration date.

  • We do not issue credit notes for missed workshops/circles/classes.  Strictly no returns, transfers or extensions.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made by students 24 hours within of class time will result in forfeit of the fees for that class.

Students will be notified well in advance if class cancellations are made by White Elephant Yoga Studio. Rescheduled classes will be arranged for a time that suits students and teacher.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER: 

New students only: 2 weeks unlimited yoga: $25.00 [valid from time of purchase].  New Student pass does not include workshops or circles, these may be purchased separately.*

WORKSHOPS/CIRCLES: 

Registration and payment is required prior to commencement of any workshop or healing circle to guarantee your spot.  A 50% deposit/or payment in full confirms your placement within a workshop/circle and is strictly non refundable and non transferrable.  Only under special circumstances may we offer a credit note if you are unable to attend a workshop or circle, this will be at our discretion [Only prior to commencement of event]. 

Situations occur from time to time which may result in a workshop or circle being cancelled. We will do our best to contact you as soon as we can to advise you of any changes we need to make.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS:

Where discounts have already been applied no further discounts will be granted.  Promotions or discounted rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promos.  Any discount or promotion offered is to be used strictly within the advertised time frame.

Calendar will be updated as needed and times are subject to change. Please refer to calendar prior to attending if you are unsure. Additionally, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information and/or inconsistencies.
